"I was asked to provide a review of my interaction with Michelle Killian's office. I'm a new client of Michelle's office, but have been with State Farm for 40 years. I'm a new client of hers because my agent unfortunately passed away. I've called a few times since being assigned to her and can say her staff are very friendly and willing to help with any questions. I think all of my interaction has been with her agent Julie. Julie is very pleasant to talk to and is more than willing to dive into any tasked I've asked her to do. I've enjoyed the interaction and conversations I've had with her.
